PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the control method of data communication for a portable communication terminal when having a function of accessing a heterogeneous network. SOLUTION: The portable communication terminal 10 capable of making communication with an information terminal 20 in the heterogeneous network is provided with: a plurality of radio communication sections 11, 21 separately making data communication in a service area of the heterogeneous network; data communication control sections 12, 22 for controlling the data communication of the radio communication sections by control commands unique to the radio communication sections; and a command conversion section 13 for converting the control command used by each of the radio communication sections into a control command used for the communication with the information terminal.
