PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further raise the effect of an improvement with respect to energy saving, loss reduction, noise lowering and reducing in size and weight to expedite the improvement of productivity as well as the reduction of a manufacturing cost, and further, to exclude the waste of a strip material. SOLUTION: Reactor equipment is provided with a reactor 4, a chassis 8, and a fixing member 9 for fixing the chassis and the reactor 4. The reactor 4 is provided with a core 2 formed so as to have a non-polygonal ring shape having no bent part, and a coil 3 in which a vertical type flat conductive wire W is wound into the peripheral direction of the core 2 along the sectional configuration of the same. The chassis 8 is formed of a plate member T and is provided integrally with a plurality of side surface retaining units 5a... for supporting a plurality of positions on the side surface 2s of the core 2, and a plurality of bottom surface supporting units 7a... for supporting a plurality of positions on the bottom surface 2t of the core 2.
