PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely present a desired image to a user without providing any recording device whose capacity is huge. SOLUTION: An object included in an image displayed at an image display part 14 is extracted by an object extracting part 22, and the featured value is extracted by a featured value extracting part 23, and registered in a featured value database 13. An input image switching part 31 always monitors an inputted image signal, and an object extracting part 32 extracts an object included in the image. A featured value extracting part 33 extracts the featured value of the object extracted by the object extracting part 32. When an image signal whose featured value is similar to the featured value of the object registered in the featured value database 13 is inputted, a similarity deciding part 34 makes an input image switching part 21 select the image signal.
