PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram ornament which can be formed by ordinary manufacturing processes and can be prevented from losing design property of the hologram even if the surface wears. SOLUTION: The hologram ornament 1 is formed by providing the surface of a plastic substrate with lots of hemispherical minute protrusions 2 and transcribing a hologram pattern 3 on the flat parts between these minute projecting parts. Here, even if the hologram ornament is rubbed with something hard, it is protected by the hemispherical minute protrusions 2 and the hologram pattern does not wear. Instead, the minute protrusions 2 wear, but the hologram pattern 3 is not transcribed on this minute protrusions 2, there is no change at all in the appearance of the hologram, but the hologram ornament can maintain its original design property for a long term.
