PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of preventing image quality troubles that embossed rugged marks (stripes) appear in an image at both-side printing and of image blurring due to the irregularities of a low friction sheet, as for a belt nip system fixing device. SOLUTION: As for the low-friction sheet, a high-irregular part having large irregularities on the surface and a low-irregular part having irregularities smaller than that of the high-irregular part or having a flat part are arranged in an area positioned inside the pressurizing part of a pressure member.
