PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively transmit rotation of a single motor to first and second operation mechanisms disposed in a mutually separated position. SOLUTION: The first gear 19 for driving a pickup 12 as the first operation mechanism and the second gear 25 for driving a disk loading roller as the second operation mechanism are provided on the right and left sides of a disk carrying path. Worm gears 21, 23 meshing with the first and second gears are respectively provided to the left and right sides of the disk carrying path so as to rotate both worm gears by the motor 20 in the first operation mechanism. A gear supporting plate for supporting the first and second gears is moved so that the rotation transmission of the motor is switched from the first operation mechanism to the second operation mechanism.
