PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cutter frame light so that it may be easily operated to oscillate, and enable it to be easily cleaned without danger of injury. SOLUTION: This food cutter device is provided with a cutter frame 1 supported to be capable of oscillating around a support shaft 10, and a plurality of cutter members 2 installed on the cutter frame 1 at a prescribed interval. By oscillating the cutter frame 1 around the support shaft 10, the cutter members 2 are pressed to food 36 placed on a food table 3 for cutting the food 26. The cutter member 2 is composed of a linear member 21. A moving means 28 is provided to move the linear member 21 in a length direction in cutting the food 36. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
