PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for executing diagnoses, analyses, and assays. SOLUTION: The device includes a platform and a plurality of pins extended from the platform. The pins are adapted to be inserted into a reagent keeping container and, at the same time, have a ligand adhering to the pins. When the ligand is placed in contact with a target reagent, the ligand forms complexes by reacting to the reagent and the ligand parts of the complexes are substantially kept in states where the parts adhere to the pins during analytical measurement. A sensor and/or a transmitter for monitoring and controlling the reaction in real time can be included in each pin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
