PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spud mounting holder for a flush toilet capable of tightly inserting a rubber section provided on the front end of the spud mounting holder into a hole of a spud, inserting the end of the spud from a hole opened in one side of the toilet to hang up a screw section of the spud from the inside of a space in the toilet by holding a grip section of the spud mounting holder, inserting a nut from the grip section to easily screw the screw section without dropping the spud and tightly mounting the spud to the toilet. SOLUTION: The spud mounting holder for the flush toilet is so constituted that a cylindrical rubber insertion section is inserted in the front end of a rod, the screw section is provided on the circumferential wall of the rod located in front and behind of the rubber insertion section inserted in the rod, and the rear end of the rod is provided on the grip section so that the nut is screwed on the screw section to tighten the rubber insertion section from front and rear.
