PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel plate reinforced concrete structure and an assembling method for the same, which enable the easy securement of the adjustment allowance of an installation error and which facilitate adaptation to a change. SOLUTION: An opening 12 is formed in one 11a of paired surface steel plates 11a and 11b. A box part 13 is rectangularly formed of a base plate 14 of a larger diameter than that of the opening 12, a bottom plate 15 of a smaller diameter than the opening 12, and a pair of thick plates 16a and 16b for being laid between the base plate 14 and the bottom plate 15. Studs 19 are welded to the outer surfaces of the thick plates 16a and 16b, and webs 20, 21 and 22 are mounted inside the box part 13. A rear surface of the bottom plate 15 is coupled to the steel plate 11b via a pair of connecting plates 23a and 23b and a pair of stiffening plates 24a and 24b.
