<p>Compound of the formula: (I) wherein R<1> and R<2> may be identical with or different from each other and represent alkyl or allyl groups; R<3> represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R<4> represents a C1-5 alkoxy group; k is an integer of 1 to 6; m is an integer of 5 to 5000; and n is an integer of 3 to 1000, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.</p>
