The dual clutch transmission (1) is equipped with two co-axially positioned auxiliary shafts (14, 15), one of them hollow (15), each of them to be connected to an input shaft (11). Two lay shafts (16, 26) are parallel positioned in relation to each other and to the main axis (X, X). The input shaft (11) is positioned co-axial with the main axis (X, X) as well as the output shaft (12). All components are positioned in order to achieve a unit (10) of a compact size increasing the ground clearance or facilitate its accommodation inside an appropriately small space at the vehicle. |
