PURPOSE: A frying pan having a detachable oil splash preventing net assembly is provided to prevent oil from splashing and to easily keep the frying pan by detachably and rotatably installing the oil splash preventing net assembly at the frying pan. CONSTITUTION: In a frying pan(20), an oil splash preventing net(30) includes a net body(31) covering a rim portion(21) of the frying pan, a neck portion(32) connected to the net body, a net handle(33) connected to the neck portion, and a hinge shaft installed at the neck portion. The hinge shaft is rotatably coupled to a pan handle(25) formed at the frying pan.
