OBJECT IDENTIFICATION DEVICE, OBJECT IDENTIFICATION METHOD, DICTIONARY CREATING DEVICE, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately identify an object, using a time series image created from a radar echo from the radar object.

SOLUTION: The time series ISAR (inverse synthetic aperture radar) image obtained by processing the radar echo in an ISAR image generation part 1 is serially taken into an object vector generation part 2, and an object vector is generated by extracting the feature of the object such as a silhouette and so forth included in the ISAR image. In an object identification part 3, the object is identified by collating the object vector with a subspace expressing the feature of the known object registered in a dictionary database 4 in advance, per plurality of noise levels.
