<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the endurance and safety of a container by preventing the break of a shaft body made of a synthetic resin under shearing forces by creating a structure of receiving and supporting shearing forces locally working on a shaft body connecting a lid body to the body of a container in a hinge structure for the containers such as compact containers for cosmetics using a shaft body made of a synthetic resin. <P>SOLUTION: Hinge pieces provided at the rear end of the lid body are assembled on a pair of hinge pieces located at right and left end parts provided at the rear end part of the body of the container for housing cosmetic products and at least one hinge piece located between the hinge pieces being positioned facing the hinge pieces of the body of the container to build a hinge structure which connects the lid body to the body of the container so as to be rotatably opened or closed freely. The first connection part in which the end faces of the hinge pieces of the lid body to the end faces of the hinge pieces of the body of the container as opposed to the end faces by the insertion of a shaft pin made of a synthetic resin into a shaft hole and the second connection part in which a circular protruded part of the shaft pin with the diameter thereof larger than that of the shaft pin is connected to a circular recessed part by rotatably fitting them are arranged at least in one pair as to be positioned horizontally and symmetrically along the single axis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
