PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll boots manufacturing process, which generates the roll boots with higher load supporting capacity. SOLUTION: The manufacturing process for manufacturing the roll boots from an injection moldable elastomer comprises the following process steps, namely; injection molding a basic member which consists of a tube part and a distended part, turning the basic member inside-out and, forming a roll wall by bending the distended part outside such that it partially lies over the outward of the tube part.
