PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sheathing structure for maintaining sealability over a long period, and to keep thereby a battery characteristic of a laminate battery over a long period. SOLUTION: This laminate battery has a battery element 11 having laminate structure, a laminate sheet 13 for sealing the battery element in an inside, a tab 12 led out from the battery element to an outside of the laminate sheet, and a sealing member 14 existing between the tab and the laminate sheet to interpose coupling between the tab and the laminate sheet.
