PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal for independently controlling the personal information of a plurality of users. SOLUTION: Control information 21, for describing user data 19 for a plurality of users and one's PIN code that is set by each user, is stored in a record section 17. A CPU 15 refers to the control information 21, operates an operation input section 3 to read user data 19, corresponding to one's PIN number inputted by a user from the record section 17, and displays the read user data 19 on a display section 2, thus independently retaining and controlling the user data for a plurality of users, even if a plurality of users share one portable communication terminal.
