PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-worn display device, in which the adjustment of the arrangement of a display unit to the eyes in a state with the arrangement of a holder with respect to a head part is properly maintained can be easily executed. SOLUTION: The display unit to be arranged, in front of either the right or the left eye is connected to the holder 2 for holding the head part freely rotatably around the vertical direction by a connection mechanism 4.
