PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide each of optical sensors on a curved surface, without employing wirings, and enable imaging with high sensitivity, by preventing deterioration of imaging speed due to wiring delays, and to improve the photographic speed. SOLUTION: An optical sensor unit is constituted by providing an imaging area unit 8, provided with many radio optical sensor elements 3, and a radio communication unit 4 disposed in the vicinity thereof. The unit 4 is provided with an image data signal circuit 10, a radio transmission circuit 9 connected thereto, and an antenna 7.
