PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a remote station to smoothly reproduce program attached data multiplexed for a blanking period of a video signal of a television broadcast program without missing when performing net reception broadcasting. SOLUTION: An offset delay circuit 208 of the remote station 20 holds a video signal reached via a relay network NW from a master station 10 for about one field period and an input video synchronization recovery section 210 recovers a synchronizing signal from the video signal. A phase comparator circuit 211 compares the phase of the synchronizing signal with a synchronizing signal of its own station to discriminate whether or not there is a possibility of causing frame skip. When the remote station 20 receives a switching instruction signal resulting in the arising of the possibility of the occurrence of the frame skip, a timing control section 212 switches a changeover switch 209 so as to introduce an output signal of an offset delay circuit 208 to a frame synchronizer FS.
