PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EMI shield film which has an electromagnetic shielding property and transparency and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: At least either of a transparent base material and metal foil or both of them are coated with resin and stuck with each other. Then metal meshes formed by etching the metal foil by chemical etching are coated with a resin which is curable by an active energy beam, and the resin is irradiated with the active energy beam to be cured and become transparent, thus obtaining the EMI shield film.
