PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recover the energy of low and intermediate temperature of 40°C-300°C. SOLUTION: A volumetric compressor for an air conditioner of small output is applied to an expander of Rankine cycle, and an organic heat medium suitable for a use temperature zone is used. Whereby an engine mode and an air conditioning mode can be arbitrarily selected, and the volumetric Rankine engine can be used not only for the recovery of the energy but for the cooling/heating air conditioning.
