PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pipe protective cover capable of regulating the movement of a cover along the length direction of a base, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This fluid pipe protective cover 10 is formed of a base 11 formed in long shape to accommodate air-conditioning pipes K, and the cover 12 attached to the base 11 to close the opening of the base 11.Base projecting parts 19a continuously extending along the circumferential direction are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the base 11, and cover projecting parts 15a continuously extending along the circumferential direction are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cover 12.When the cover 12 is attached to the base 11, fitting parts 15c of the cover projecting parts 15a are fitted to fitted projecting parts 20 of the base projecting parts 19a.The movement of the cover 12 in the length direction of the base 11 is regulated by interference between the fitted projecting parts 20 and the fitting parts 15c.
