PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hull hatch shielding device capable of sealing a hull hatch without interfering with door open and close operation. SOLUTION: The hull hatch shielding device provided with a door 5 shielding the hull hatch 3 is provided with a hollow elastic tube 41 provided on the door 5, a pressure chamber 43 formed in the elastic tube 41, a supply and discharge means supplying and discharging air ( working fluid) to and from the pressure chamber 43, and a packing 42 pushed against a hull hatch 3 as the elastic tube 41 swell.
