PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of an inkjet printer having at least two substantially closed ducts set with ink. SOLUTION: The control method of an inkjet printer comprises a step for operating an electromechanical transducer such that the pressure in a first duct is increased, a step for generating an electrical signal from one transducer when its operation causes to vary the pressure in other ducts thus causing a deformation of the transducer, and a step for measuring the electrical signal.
