The running wheel has two wheels (18,20), a steering wheel (12), and a stomach support (10) in front of and above the saddle (16). The stomach is in the form of a pad rotating freely on the crown of the steering wheel and fixed to the saddle by means of a bar. A foot-rest (22) is in front of and behind the back wheel (20).
