<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a console type image forming device which is made liftable by the manpower alone so that the device can be moved upstairs etc., and be used. <P>SOLUTION: A frame side cover 100 on the transfer paper discharge side of a device body is made freely attachable and detachable to and from the body by screwing etc. Gripping parts A and B which facilitate insertion of hands, are safe, and make holding stable and sure are disposed at the upper side and bottom end of a body frame section 200 to be opened such that the image forming device can be moved by utilizing the gripping part A or B according to the direction of the body when the device is moved up and down along stairs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
