<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice control means capable of obtaining optimal acoustic characteristics, along with switching on/off easily the output of a sub-woofer speaker according to the listening environment. <P>SOLUTION: The voice control means comprises a sub-woofer speaker muting detecting means 7 for detecting a sub-woofer speaker as mute with either setting of a case when it is set as no sub-woofer speaker by a speaker-setting means 1 or a case when it is set as turn off volume of the sub-woofer speaker by a sub-woofer speaker volume setting means 2, and an acoustic characteristics switching means 4 for switching acoustic characteristics, based on the presence or absence of the speaker set by the speaker-setting means 1 and sub-woofer speaker muting set by the sub-woofer speaker muting detecting means 7. For the cases when it is set as no-sub-woofer speaker by the speaker setting means 1 and when it is set as turning off volume of the sub-woofer speaker by the sub-woofer speaker volume setting means 2, the acoustic characteristics switching means 4 sets the same acoustic characteristics. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
