HYDRAULIC BEARING SYSTEM FOR ROTATING BEARING OF SPINDLE MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic bearing system having a lubricant storage part and connection applied in a contactless manner.

SOLUTION: This hydraulic bearing system is provided with at least one passage 15 in a bearing housing 3. The passage 15 extends from the outer region of the bearing housing 3 into a bearing clearance 8 between the bearing housing 3 and a shaft 4 and is at least partially filled with a lubricant. The passage 15 is constituted as the lubricant storage part for providing sufficient overflow volume for the volume increase of the lubricant caused by a rise in temperature on the one hand and making up the loss of the lubricant caused by evaporation, for the target service life of a spindle motor on the other hand.
