<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the trouble due to rain water entering and improve workability in separating discharge garbage in the container in a container type garbage vehicle comprising a main part of a garbage collecting part 10 with an upper part opening produced by surrounding four peripheral sides of the rectangular bottom plate with frames. <P>SOLUTION: A movable cover plates 11A to 11D of a roof board which are divided into the front and rear direction of the garbage collecting part 10 and are possible in a superposed posture and a continuous posture each other, are bridged between the right side frame plate 6 and the left side frame plate 5. The movable cover plates 11A to 11D are individually attached to the guide rail 16 laid on the upper ends of the right side frame plate 6 and the left side frame plate 5 respectively in the drop-out preventive state.
