<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signature panel whose size and shape can be freely changed, and which is excellent in writing characteristics, and can be inexpensively formed, and an inexpensive sheet with this signature panel on its sheet face. <P>SOLUTION: The signature panel is formed with a white color toner which comprises an image generating component and a binder resin component as main components, and is used in an electrophotographic system, and uses only a white pigment for the image generating component and does not contain any colored image generating component except a white plain color such as a colored pigment or a colored dye.
