PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat accumulator of high reliability, capable of saving a space for the entire system such as an apparatus using vapor. SOLUTION: A plurality of heat accumulating parts 2, 3 respectively generating the vapor are mounted, and switching means 9, 11 are respectively mounted for controlling the communication among the heat accumulating parts. Introducing means 27, 28 are respectively mounted at a lower part of the plurality of heat accumulating parts to introduce the primary-side vapor. Whereby the calorie is accumulated by keeping the water in a high temperature and high pressure state, when the peak load exists in a status of use of vapor, to cope with the peak load by generating the vapor from the water of high temperature and high pressure in the heat accumulator.
