PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying bar with side slip preventing bodies with which two persons can carry a heavy load by bisecting its weight. SOLUTION: To enable two persons to carry a heavy luggage 3 with a grip 4, the carrying bar 1 is inserted inside the grip 4 and the inner side of the grip 4 is located between the side slip preventing bodies 2 disposed at two positions of the central part of the carrying bar 1.
