PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shelf facility capable of maintaining security with a low cost without a troublesome work to block an opened passage for work at the time of nonuse. A worker' invasion to the passage S for work can be prevented without the trouble some work or taking out articles such as document from the moving shelf 1 can be deterred, and security can be maintained.
