PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply all the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape rolled material with different width size. SOLUTION: The device consists of a handcart which wheels for moving is attached to the rear part of the pillar side of a pair of right and left L shaped frame base part connected each other, an operation handle for moving is attached to the pillar, and a pressure-attached roll of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is supported on the tip end part of the base part. A plurality of support rolls which rotatably supports the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape rolled material, are supported on the shaft of the central part of the base part. A pair of rotary arm holding a drop-out preventive roll of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape rolled material placed on the plurality of support rolls on the tip are connected to both pillar parts and opened at both sides of right and left.
