PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag for reliably removing air without requiring any embossed tape if the internal pressure is applied when a non-seal part is formed so that no granular stuff leaks from a seal part. SOLUTION: In the packaging bag having seal parts 3 and 4 on edges with a non-seal part 6 for ventilation formed on the seal parts 3 and 4, seal edges 7 inside the bag of the seal parts 3 and 4 are uneven. Unevenness forms corrugation, and the length of one wavelength is much larger than the width of the non-seal part, and the non-seal part 6 is formed in a valley of the corrugation.
