PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip, which can easily be colored, and is nice to the touch, and can be achieved at a low cost. SOLUTION: The clip 1 is integratedly composed of a base plate part 2, a riser part 3 almost vertically rising from one end of the base plate part 2, and a nipper part 4 bent from the upper end of the riser part 3 toward the base plate part 2 making an acute angle. The base plate part 2, the riser part 3, and the nipper part 4 are integratedly formed from a synthetic resin. The nipper part 4 has an abutting part 10 formed so as to elastically abut against an almost middle part of the base plate part 2. The portion of the nipper part 4 from the abutting part 10 to the tip end is tilting upward so as to form an introductory part 9 for inserting paper sheets 20 in between the base plate part 2 and the nipper part 4.
