PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing, through a simple operation, a honeycomb panel that greatly excels in flatness and that has high strength of adhesion in which a honeycomb core and a face plate are bonded on the entire panel face. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the honeycomb panel, the honeycomb core 1 is surrounded on the side with a frame 2, with the face plates 4, 5 positioned on both sides over the entire face of the honeycomb core 1 and the frame 2. Then, with pressure reduced inside the frame, the face plates 4, 5 are brought into close contact with the honeycomb core 1 and the frame 2. In such a close contact state, the bonding performance of a preliminarily applied adhesive is demonstrated, making the honeycomb core 1 and the face plates 4, 5 are stuck together. Adhesion between the frame 2 and the face plate may be improved by providing a recessed groove 10 in the contact face in-between and filling the adhesive 11 in the groove. In addition, sealing performance at pressure reduction may also be improved by providing a notched part/flange 12 opening to the outer circumference of the frame 2 and by inserting an O-ring 14 between the notched part/flange 12 and the face plates 4, 5.
