PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easy to place a book or document upon character input of information of the book or document into a personal computer and easy to match a visual point. SOLUTION: An independent, standing type book and document stand is provided. An angle is adjusted by utilizing a rotational shaft 17, and a fixing screw is provided to fix the angle and also withstand a heavy substance. The book or document is fixed by utilizing a clip 9.
