PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation utensil which separates the white of an egg from the yolk of the egg in the cooking of the egg. SOLUTION: A screen with a mesh allowing the white of the egg to pass through and not allowing the yolk of the egg to pass through is provided on the bottom a container to separate the white from the yolk.
