PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element of which light take-out efficiency is improved and the luminance of the element is increased. SOLUTION: This is an organic electroluminescent element in which an optical film having a micro concavo-convex structure that has a two-dimensional structure of a specific shape is pasted on the light-emission side surface of a light-emitting element in which a transparent electrode, one or more organic chemical layers including at least a luminous layer, and a backplate are at least laminated.
