摘要 Biopolymer molding material from grain meal products for production of shaped parts and semifinished products consisting of crosslinked grain meal product, which is converted to gel or melt state with retention of crosslinking, addition of 10-40% polyester compounds, processing at 120-130degreesC, extrusion of biopolymer into strands, air cooling and granulation, giving spray molded and extruded granulate a thermoplastic character. A biopolymer molding material involving the use of meal grain products for the production of shaped parts and semifinished products, processes with conventional plastification units by injection molding (sic), extrusion, pressing, etc., where the base material is a crosslinked grain meal product, degree of derivatization (sic) 0.00001-0.01, with destruction in a double screw extruder at 120-150degreesC, and is converted to the gel or melt state with retention of crosslinking, using as disintegration additive a mixture containing (ma%) glycerol (15), sorbitol (10), mannitol (10), or 1,3-butandiol (5). The broken down base material is mixed with polyester compounds of molecular weight 88,000 to 145,000 in a second extruder, with addition of 10-40% polyester compounds, processing of these at 120-130degreesC, extrusion of the biopolymer into strands, air cooling and granulation, giving the spray molded and extruded granulate a thermoplastic character. The polyester is partially crosslinked in a separate extruder, using peroxide compounds and polyisocyanate in combination with metallic acid esters at 110-160degreesC. The free OH groups of the broken down base material and the free OH and COOH groups of the polyester component with the aid of polyisocyanate compounds in combination with metallic acid esters are crosslinked in the cavity of a injection molding tool, so that a duroplastic shaped part is obtained.
