The especially vibrating grinder has a housing and a grinding disc holder (14). Springy-elastic clamps (340,500) hold the opposite facing ends (155) of the grinding disc (150) supported on supports. The clamps together with the clamped grinding disc end is moved away from the other end. One of the clamps is in the form of a tong and has clamping jaws(360,380). The tong with the clamping jaws move on an axle (400).
