摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposure device which can shorten an exposure time without raising an emission intensity of a light emitting element. SOLUTION: The exposure device 3 has a transparent substrate 32, a multilayer sheet mirror 33 formed on the transparent substrate 32, and two or more organic EL elements 31 formed on the multilayer sheet mirror 33. The organic EL element 31 is a layered structure with transparent electrode layers 34, organic EL layers 35 and light reflection electrode layers 36 stacked sequentially from the multilayer sheet mirror 33. When a voltage is impressed to the transparent electrode layers 34 and the light reflection electrode layers 36, light is emitted in the shape of a plane in the organic EL layers 35. The light emitted in the organic EL layers 35 resonates in the multilayer sheet mirror 33 and the light reflection electrode layers 36, and amplified light is emitted as a parallel light from the multilayer sheet mirror 33. The parallel light goes to a reflecting mirror 39, is reflected by the reflecting mirror 39 and goes to a photosensitive drum 1. The reflecting mirror 39 reflects the parallel light to converge the light, whereby the light is focused at an exposure section 1a of the photosensitive drum 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
