PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a leaked thermal storage material from being mixed into a heat medium, even when the heat storage material is leaked by breakage in a thermal storage unit. SOLUTION: Airtight containers 41 and tubular members 42 are alternately stacked to configurate the thermal storage unit 40. In the airtight containers, a heat storage substance for storing the latent heat is enclosed as the thermal storage material. On the other hand, the tubular member 42 is configurated by a heat transfer tube 43 for thermal storage in which the heat medium water for thermal storage is circulated, and a heat transfer tube 44 for tapping in which the tap water for taking out the heat is circulated. The stacked airtight containers 41 and tubular members 42 are held by a cross-shape frame 81 of a holding member 80. The heat transfer tube 43 for thermal storage and the heat transfer tube 44 for tapping, configurating the tubular member 42 are closely adhered to an outer face of the airtight containers 41.
