APPARATUS FOR REMOVING OIL MIST

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an apparatus for removing oil mist preventable the scattering of the aggregate of oil mist particles caught by a filter with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The cylindrical filter 28 is arranged horizontally in a filter housing chamber 11 to form a ventilating space between the periphery of the filter 28 and the inner surface of the filter housing chamber 11. The end part opening of the filter 28 is made an inflow part for an exhaust gas containing the oil mist. An air outlet 25 for discharging the exhaust gas which passed through the filer 28 is formed at a spot corresponding to the upward position of the filer 28 in the upper surface part of the filter housing chamber 11.
