PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active sound isolation panel excellent in cost and easy controllability and having versatility and high practicality. SOLUTION: The active sound isolation panel 100 is constituted by having a rectangular and thin panel 101, a vibration sensor 102 for detecting the vibration of the panel 101, a bimorph type piezo-electric actuator 103 provided between the panel 101 and a concrete slab 2 and a control system 104 controlling the bimorph type piezo-electric actuator 103 based on a detection signal of the vibration sensor 102, and it is modularized at a predetermined area unit.
