PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner bag for a can which does not have a wrinkle even when the same is stored in a cone-shaped tapered can whose top face opening is larger than its bottom face, which prevents a content from getting into a seal part or the seal part from coming off, whose material cost is low because a sheet is not thick, and which can be folded in storing or transporting. SOLUTION: This relates to an inner bag to be stored in a tapered can, and the bag comprises a cone-shaped side face member 6 formed by fusing a surface near one side edge 4 with the back face near the other side edge 5 of a sector shaped sheet 1 whose top and bottom sides 2, 3 are arc shaped and both side edges 4, 5 are straight lined and a circular bottom face member 7 fused to the surface of the inwardly folded bottom end of the member 6.
