摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor reduced in size and weight. SOLUTION: In the motor 10, wires 40 are housed in recesses 41 formed at both end faces of a core 12 in the axial direction, and the amount of the protrusion of the wire at the end face of the core is reduced compared with a conventional one. The motor 10 is thereby made compact in size in the axial direction. Furthermore in this embodiment, since the length of a wire winding circuit 21 is made shorter than the length of a permanent magnet 16M in a rotor 16 by forming the recesses 41 at both the end faces of the core 12, while keeping the length of a tooth 13 in the axial direction same as the length of the permanent magnet 16M in the rotor 16, copper loss is reduced and efficiency is improved. Accordingly, when the output torque of motor 10 in this embodiment is made same as that of the conventional one, the motor 10 in this embodiment is reduced in size compared with the conventional one by the amount of an improvement in the efficiency.
